DOCUMENT PREPARATION SERVICES
Refunds may be issued only if:
• Work has not begun; AND
• No drafts have been prepared.
Once document work begins, the service becomes non-refundable.

NOTARY SERVICES
Per Colorado notarial law:
• Travel fees are non-refundable.
• If notarization cannot proceed due to client error (no ID, incomplete documents), the fee remains
billable.

CORRECTIONS
If HolleyDocs™ makes an error, corrections will be provided at no additional charge.
